Tunnel and heavy infrastructure support rarely offer “easy” conditions: limited access, high safety demand and a tight schedule. On the Absheron project SANY equipment was chosen to keep work precise and safe.

Challenges

Narrow access and strict safety rules constrained machine choice. At the same time material flow could not stop. Too large a machine meant risk; too small meant lost tempo.

Solution

A SANY fleet balancing maneuverability with lifting/earthmoving needs was deployed. Daily briefings, zone separation and planned service reduced stoppages.

Result

Work tempo stayed stable, safety incidents stayed at zero and unplanned downtime fell. The right-model + local-service equation proved itself.
